Stash reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Stash website. By making a purchase through our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
2. refund eligibality
2.1 digital goods
- Digital goods, including in-game items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not been used or consumed.
- Digital goods that have been used, consumed, or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund.
- If a digital product becomes unavailable or is discontinued, Stash reserves the right to cancel your order and provide you with a refund for the amount paid.
2.2 ineligible for refund
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Items purchased more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
- Items that have been used, consumed, or downloaded.
- Special promotional items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable."
- Items purchased through third-party sites other than the official Stash Store.
3. how to request a refund
3.1 refund process
To request a refund, submit an email to support@stash.gg with the following required information:
- Order number (found on payment receipt)
- Purchase date
- Player ID
- Email address used for purchase
- Payment type
- Last 4 digits of the payment method
- Detailed refund reason
- Item(s) to be refunded
Incomplete refund requests may result in processing delays. All refund requests are subject to review by our customer service team.
4. refund processing
4.1 processing time
- Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days after approval.
- If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval, contact us at support@stash.gg.
4.2 refund method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit and debit card transactions, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, please contact us immediately at support@stash.gg. We will attempt to process your cancellation, but we cannot guarantee that all cancellation requests will be honored, especially if the order processing has already begun.

Stash shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
